Ingredients
- 40ml Bundaberg Rum MDC Two Eighty
- 20ml Grapefruit Juice
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Bundaberg Rum Royal Liqueur
- 15ml coconut syrup*
- 30ml Soda water
*Equal parts castor sugar to (unsweetened) coconut water, dissolved
Directions
- Build all ingredients into an ice-filled Highball, and stir.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish: 1 grapefruit slice at 11 o’clock; Straw at 12 o’clock
